Fernando Velazquez ("A Monster Calls", "Crimson Peak", "Hercules") composed the music for the Showtime spy mini-series "Ghosts of Beirut".

The plot is based on real events about the hunt for Imad Mughniyeh, who was considered one of the most dangerous terrorists in the world. Imad Mughniyeh (1962-2008) was a senior member and chief of the Lebanese Shiite organization "Hezbollah", one of its founders. Mughniyeh was one of the top 25 most wanted terrorists on the FBI list, and Americans made several serious attempts to capture him. Mughniyeh was killed in 2008 in Syria.

The premiere is scheduled for May 21, 2023.
